I want to say these are new as they do look it and still has the tag attached but I listed them as pre-owned so as not to possibly misrepresenting them - size 13 SPG 753001 - ICON V BOUNCE ICED is what the attached tag reads - nice - see photos and make your own determination !!!!!!!
