I put in new with defects to mention that it was open box, or that the box has literally been opened to some degree but the item itself doesn't look like it has been used at all. it is a Shock Doctor Max AirFlow 2.0 Grape football lip guard, with a Kool-Aid flavored scent that comes with it. not even joking the smell is overwealming at some points, but its refreshing to walk into every now and then. everything om the box is up to speculation, i dont know if it actually has a 50k and do not think that it works if you buy it from me, as I am a third party seller. however, it should work with braces and comes with a tether. it is latex, bpa, and phtalate free. i will leave it in the box in case the buyer wants to keep it as a collectible or some sort of memorabilia.
