This is a new in the box shock doctor sport mouthguard four braces adult 12+ strapped this is new sealed however it does have a crack in the hole and the top of it, but this is new never been out. Hopefully, I can pick up the hole in the pictures, but this is still new sealed does have a hole on the front. (B7)
