Vintage Baden F3A-03 Autograph Edition Football 1980s or 1990s

It has Rusty Hilger so that would be OSU in the 1980s. There's a Bobby Riley signature that seems to support that. But there is also a Bob Burris signature and he played for OU in the 1950s so that blows my theory out of the water.
